Coaches Clinic

Here is the note:
THIS IS A NOTE FROMJIM REINHART - PLEASE RESPOND ONLY TO JIM !!!!!!
1) Initiation Program- THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FIRST YEAR COACHES IN
ADDITION TO THE ASSOCIATES CLINIC, IF YOU PLAN TO BE BEHIND THE BENCH AFTER
12/31.
Saturday, Nov. 18th at DSC. Registration at 8:30, starts at
9:00, will run until about 3:00. No on ice.

The MAHA web site has other locations and dates. I will pass
out a copy of their schedule at the coaches meeting.
I recommend the session at DSC, since the other sites are
filling up fast. Let me know by 10/15 if you plan to attend
the DSC session. After that we will have to open it to other
clubs.... and it will fill up.
2) Associates Clinic- REQUIRED FOR FIRST YEAR COACHES.
Saturday, Dec. 9th at DSC. Registration at 8:00, starts at 8:30,
will run until about 3:00. No on ice.
This clinic is now full. Hopefully, all USA coaches have
previously contacted me on this clinic.
3) Intermediate Clinic-
Sunday, Nov. 5th at DSC. Registration at 8:00, starts at 8:30,
will run until about 3:00. No on ice.
If you called or emailed me, you are in. If you haven't and want
to register, please call or email me at the address or phone
number above by Wednesday 10/11. Again, we need to open it to
other clubs after that date.
USA Hockey Club will pay for up to 3 coaches per team. Beyond that the
cost is $20 for the IP and $35 for the Assoc. and Interm.
Three Items of Special Notes
#1) New coaches receiving their associates certification card this year
will also be required to take the Initiation Program Clinic
#2) Coaches receiving their Associates Certification Card this year will not
be able to take their Intermediate Card for coaches this year. There is now a
One year waiting period between Coaching Certification levels.
#3) Coaches enrolled in the intermediate clinic will need to bring
their USA Certification Card. For coaches who have lost or cannot find
their cards, please contact:

Additional Notes
FINAL NOTE:
Please give Joanne Phillips a copy of your home game
schedule. She has purchased boards in Rink B across from the
hockey office where you pick-up the locker room keys.
This will help your parents, plus the visiting teams find the
Rink where you are playing. Please bring a copy to the next coaches meeting
